Sub:

1. Being a sub is essentially opening yourself up to allow someone to pleasure and/or dominate you.

2. You must give/be given consent before playing these roles, or else it’s abuse.

3. There is a large scale of how intense your sub/Dom play to be. It doesn’t have to be hardcore, but it can be if you want.

4. You can be one, or multiple, types of sub; i.e. sexual, financial, etc.

5. Some people consider themselves “switches”, which means they can be a sub or a Dom depending on the situation.

Dom:

1. Being a Dom means that you are dominating/controlling/pleasuring another person (a sub).

2. You don’t have to be a professional Dominatrix or Dom to try the role out!

3. Anyone can be a Dom, regardless of what gender identity you do, or don’t, subscribe to!

4. If you want to try out being a Dom make sure to ask your sexual partner what they need after.

5. A few ways you can try out doming are: hair pulling, maintaining eye contact, giving your partner orders, etc.
